2025 Gridiron Greats Celebrity Flag Football Game

On Sunday, April 27th, former athletes, local celebrities, and others gathered to raise funds for Gridiron Football - Green Bay. Fans extended their long football weeks a tad longer to hang out and meet some of their favorites. Ahman Green, Chris Francies, Don Davey, DuJuan Harris, Alex Green, Jarret Bush, and others faced each other on the Gridiron all in good fun. Money raised from the event will benefit the local non-profit and be used towards operational costs including field rentals, referee fees, equipment, and other necessary items.

Country Music Star, Frank Ray, was on hand to sing the National Anthem along with local TV and radio personalities: Emily Deem, Brooke Brighton, Natalie, PJ, and former Olympian, Bonnie Cruishank (Blair) Perhaps one of the biggest stars of the event were off the field with adoptable puppies from the WI Humane Society. (Update: all of the pups were adopted out from the event!) The game MVP was another big surprise as many expected the award to go to one of the former pro football players ahead of the game, but went to Milwaukee Artist, Ike Wynter. Wynter was known from his work for the NFL on all of their team logos made completely out of wood and all natural materials during the draft.

The other parts of the event include a 50/50 raffle, silent auctions, and basket raffles. There is no word on the event returning for sure next year, but Ahman Green, Frank Ray, Emily Deem, Brooke Brighton, Alex Green and others have vowed to make the return if the Gridiron Greats Celebrity Flag Football Game II Returns. Stay tuned to the website and social media for more details as they become available.
